At Al Sauq Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must include all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at alsauqstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before making a request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, simply return the original product (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
